Terms of Service

1. Service Agreement

By engaging Wedding Alpha's services, you agree to these terms. Our wedding planning services include consultation, vendor coordination, timeline management, and day-of coordination as specified in your service agreement.

2. Payment Terms

Payment schedules are outlined in individual contracts. A deposit is required to secure services. Final payment is due 30 days before the event date. Late payments may result in service suspension.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations more than 90 days before the event: 50% refund. Cancellations 30-90 days: 25% refund. Cancellations less than 30 days: no refund. Force majeure events will be handled case by case.

4. Liability

Wedding Alpha's liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not responsible for vendor performance, venue issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Intellectual Property

All planning materials, designs, and concepts remain the property of Wedding Alpha unless specifically transferred in writing.
